Mr.jay i am so sorry really but may i ask you the favour to review this essay, would it hit band 8+ or u think that i am still faraway .. the question was about gender equality and if i think that universities should take equal numbers of males and females in all majors…
The following essay is my trial:
The discussions over and about gender equality have been there for hundreds of years. All the social and civilzation progress notwithstanding, the topic is getting more heated through out the years, and new aspects of inequalities are being more explored and argued about. One example is the equality and culling gender biase in universities responses to admission requests into certain majors .
Is there really a hidden sexisim in evaluating the applications and applicants to some majors? Or are the numbers just reflection of the interest differences among male and females that is really there and have been always there? some might argue, or is it about consideration of the apparent physical differences between the two human genders?.
Inspite of the presence of reassuring gender equality indicators when it comes to education in developed countries, and even in alot of developing countries -at least when compared to the work fields and pay jacks-, some of displeasure and accusations of lagging behind the humanity progress are bothering alot of the civilised communities when it comes to analysing the big discrepancy between male students and female students numbers in certain majors like military and even policing. most of the concerned faculties, deans and boards have been denying these accusations but numbers do not lie as we all know. However, is it too conservative to say that the undeniable biological and physical differnces can justify this?
The differnt physical physics like the muscular endurence and some biological facts like maternity effects and need for more prolonged leaves for that can justify the economical and stratigic needs for a certain, male: female ratio in national militaries for example, which obviously, should be reflected in the ratios at the related colleges and majors. Isn't there a discrepancy in the male to female applications ratio actually, which tell us that there is a natural differnces also in interest, something we all know from just observing the kids, how many young girls or even high school girls dream of being soldiers or in the police force in comparison to their boys peers?. So may be it is right to think that gender equality like every other justice doing does not have to be about numbers strictly in all cases.
As expressed, this will be always a heated topic with alot of new spots to fall under the light each time, and each time two extremly opposit viewes will come and only healthy discussions without demonizing or undermining the other will take us to a mutual fruitful ground.
@e2ielts is it ok although you provided me watch I cannot see it. You should gain weight so that you can be healthy and work effectively. Because it rained heavily I cannot bring my umbrella are these sentences ok?
